What type of culture are you cultivating in your business or organization? Is it one where excellence in all areas, service, sales, employee development and leadership are the morays, the norms? Where pride and performance are ‘home grown’ at local levels and become the visible standards and systems for the entire organization? Or does apathy, top-down management and regulation rule? What type of example do you set yourself? Do you hold firm to the principle that one persons example can make a difference regardless of what it says on the business card? Do you see inspiration, focus and execution in the mirror?
