Businesses both large and small struggle today with the idea that on-line presence has become a new marketing frontier. They obsess over traditional paid advertising strategies, easily manipulated statistics and “quick fix/magic bullet” solutions to driving loyalty and traffic. At the same time, they shy away from the free ability to build tribes as well as show how flexible, inviting and friendly they are to do business with. Many site not “having time for this nonsense” but intimidation and misunderstanding are the real barriers to success.
