More and more, Western culture is embracing the truth behind time tested principles from the East. Ironically, in the the early years of the 20th Century many Westerners embraced the concept of mind-body balance as a vehicle for a productive and fulfilled lifestyle. As the linear, factory age progressed much of that thought process was abandoned and forgotten. The evidence, like this Businessweek post, is that things are again coming full circle.
